4. Listings and Accuracy

Users may post listings for:

  • Educational specimens

  • Other zoological resources relevant to the community

By posting a listing, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal authority to offer the item or animal

  • All descriptions are accurate and not misleading

  • All required licences and regulatory approvals are in place or will be obtained prior to transfer

  • The welfare of animals is prioritised at all times

We reserve the right to remove listings that:

  • Are inaccurate or misleading

  • Breach animal welfare standards

  • Violate applicable law

  • Are inconsistent with the professional purpose of the Platform

5. Animal Welfare and Legal Compliance

All users are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Transfers comply with UK law and any applicable international regulations

  • Relevant permits, licences, and certifications (including CITES where applicable) are obtained

  • Animal welfare legislation is strictly followed

  • Transport arrangements meet recognised welfare standards

SWS does not accept responsibility for regulatory compliance between parties.
